I want to read Jen’s book “Interrupted” because my own comfortable faith was interrupted in a similar way, and misery (and gratitude) loves company. 🙂

I’m dying to read this book for a couple reasons. First, because it came highly recommended by a great friend who has incredible taste in authors and books – also the person writing this blog. Second, I lead a high school girls youth group and would love to have this as an added resource as they wrestle with the difficulties of going against the crowd and being a full-time christian, not just on Sunday mornings. We talk about “standing out”. I would love to share this authors views on what it looks like for your life to be “interrupted”.

I want to read this book because I love Jen Hatmaker…to an almost weird level as you know. I love her writing and love learning more about her journey! Also, I am always for Jesus wrecking my life a little more! I am all about these type of books this year as I’m going through some big struggles and trying to figure out what I want with my life.
